It is crafted from our premium ‘American dry’ white wine blend. The wine is painstakingly fermented, aged on the ‘lies,’ and blended / matured on French oak. We begin this process by incorporating our own delicate bunch-grape hybrid, having a floral, apricot, and peach nose and complex flavor/mouth feel ranging from spicy apple and pear to a hint of mandarin orange.
